This is a three days training course guiding the participants to produce ready to eat food items like snacks, sweets, milk products, vegetarian and non vegetarian curries and fried food items and their packing for better shelf life and marketing. The trainees will also be oriented in hygiene & sanitation, GMP and HACCP. The training will enable the participants to take up selected items for commercial production and marketing.
