ISO 22000 FSMS Audit
This is another four days training on ISO 22000 Audit. The training will empower the participants with the basic knowledge of HACCP and PRPs and audit procedure. Then they will be exposed to actual inspection conditions in typical food processing units. Based on the observations the participants are guided to prepare audit report with necessary recommendation like “Serious deficiency, Safety Compromised” stop production, “Major deficiency, safety not compromised, no need to stop but improve and FSMS compliant, continue production. This training is essential for production staff and regulatory staff involved in internal audit and external audit. Faculties are experienced former members of Supervisory Audit Team and Inter Departmental Team nominated by Export Inspection Council of India and Veterinary Council of European Union.
