This is a two days course on preparation of various ready to cook vegetarian and non vegetarian food items in consumer packs. Products like cleaned and cut vegetables, fish, meat, poultry in raw and dried form as per need and their packing will be the topic of training. The training will enable the participants to take up production and marketing of these items at cottage level/small scale/large scale units.
