ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
ISO 22000 FSMS is a standard of International Standards Organization by combining HACCP and the PRPs (GMP and Hygiene & Sanitation). This is a 4 days training course is designed to empower the managerial staff, so that they can effectively implement HACCP and PRPs in any food production unit to ensure food safety. As per regulatory needs of various national food safety authorities this training is mandatory for all managerial personnel in big hotels, catering establishments and food manufacturing units.
